6:30 am MEETING at Bar Caffè Capriccio - near Villa Comunale in Vico del Gargano
7:00 am TRANSFER by shuttle to "Azienda zootecnica Danese" - Vico del Gargano
7:15 am DRESSING OF THE BELLS
7:45 am DEPARTURE of the TRANSUMANZA, 7 km walk on mostly paved road (comfortable clothing appropriate for the season, hiking shoes, hat, water, fruit recommended)
9:30 am ARRIVAL at "Gamba d'oro" at MASSERIA U SCULÉR - followed by the blessing of the animals
10:00 am MAPPING of the Gargano goat and COUNTRY BREAKFAST with goat milk and bread from Monte Sant'Angelo
11:30 am DEMONSTRATION AND CONSTRUCTION of the "Dry Stone Wall" by "Soc.coop. Gargano Foreste"
followed by DEMONSTRATION AND CONSTRUCTION of the "Panare" baskets
DEMONSTRATION AND PROCESSING of the podolico Caciocavallo cheese,
1:00 pm COUNTRY LUNCH (bruschetta with caciocavallo and ricotta cheese, pancotto garganico, grilled sausages and ribs, and filled wafers)
2:30 pm MUSIC AND DANCE with I LUTEME
7:00 pm TRANSFER by shuttle - towards Vico del Gargano
